Our flagship dessert experience. The Starlit Cannoli Bar rolls into your venue on a refrigerated mobile bar — keeping shells crisp and fillings perfectly fresh until the moment of assembly.
Guests pre-select their menu before the event — then watch as each cannoli is hand-piped to order, right at your celebration. Classic ricotta, chocolate, or seasonal cream fillings, finished with your choice of sprinkles, fruit, chocolate drizzle, and more.

Perfect for outdoor receptions, garden parties, and fall or winter celebrations. We handle setup so you can enjoy the glow — and the s’mores.
Moonrise Pancake Bar
Fluffy mini pancakes, stacked and dressed to order. Guests build their own bowl from a spread of warm syrups, sweet drizzles and finishing touches, all set against our signature celestial styling.
From classic maple and fresh berries to chocolate drizzle, toasted coconut and rainbow sprinkles — every bowl comes out a little different. A fun, elevated twist on breakfast-for-dinner, perfect for showers, birthdays and late-night receptions.
